How Does it Work?

  • Take your customer’s check information.
  • Enter the information into the gateway or your customer enters the information
  • on your website.
  • We verify the check against our national check databases.
  • If the check is approved, we create a check image.
  • We send the check/s directly to your bank account

 

When Will I Be Funded?

  • All checks are sent out via FedEx Overnight to the Banks processing center. Once the
  • checks are received they will make the physical deposit. What this means is all
  • accounts have next day deposits, which equates to about a 48 hour turn around on
  • funding. Batches are closed twice daily Monday - Friday, at 10:30am and 2pm.

 

What Are the Rates and Fees?

  • Start-up: $99.95
  • Refundable Deposit: $150 – this can be refunded after closure of the account
  • Monthly Fee: $39
  • Per Transaction: 2.90% + $0.25/transaction
  • E-verify: $0.49 – this assures the account and routing numbers entered are legitimate
  • Receipt Mailing: $2.00
  • Monthly Minimum - is calculated based on monthly volume, monthly transaction count, average ticket, age of business, type of business.
  • Please ensure all information on your application is precise and accurate.

 

Also Available:

  • Instant Check: allows your customer to send a signed check from their smartphone. Your customer will be prompted to pay by taking a picture of their check using a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Please note, there is no length of term or contract, but an Early Termination Fee is incurred if the account is canceled within 180 days. ETF is the forfeit of the $150 refundable deposit.
